For the second year in a row, Ecogain has been officially certified as a Great Place To Work. It is a result that warms the cockles of our hearts, because it is our employees who set the rating.
Last year, we participated in the GPTW for the very first time and were certified straight away, which is far from a given. Our first result was already high, and yet this year we were able to raise the numbers even further.
- It is incredibly gratifying to see that we not only retain but also strengthen the trust of our employees. Such a boost in year two says a lot about the fine foundation we stand on, says Veronica Khabarova, HR Partner at Ecogain.
What employees themselves highlight as most valuable in this year's survey are three things above all: a friendly and unpretentious culture that makes it easy to both succeed and fail, freedom and flexibility at work, and a management that sees the individual and cares for everyone.
Employees performed best in these areas:

With two GPTW certifications in a row and results continuing to rise, we have a natural pause to reflect together and continue to shape the culture that carries us forward.
- What matters most to me in this year's results is that employees feel seen, heard and can contribute in their own way to our common goals. This is exactly the culture we want to continue to build together and I look forward to meeting at Gysinge Herrgård to talk about this," says Veronica.
At the same time, there are of course areas for development. One strength of the GPTW model is that it gives us a clear picture of what works, and where we can improve together. Working systematically with culture is crucial to remain a relevant and attractive employer for both current and future employees.
