Enetjärn Natur becomes Ecogain. Shifting up a gear with Brussels in mind

Since Anders Enetjärn started Enetjärn Natur almost 20 years ago, a lot has happened. The company has expanded, the assignments have become larger and more cross-border. Now Ecogain wants to take a unique position by working with nature issues, ecosystems and biodiversity with a clear link to the client's business.

"It's clear that we've outgrown our suit and are ready for new challenges," says Anders Enetjärn as the company launches a new company name, website and profile. Swedish companies are not at the forefront of integrating environmental sustainability strategies into their business plans.

He continues:

We are unique in Sweden in offering business solutions around biodiversity and natural capital issues, from strategy to concrete action on the ground. And we are ready to take our concept to new audiences. The big players in society are the ones with the resources to make a real difference, and that's where our knowledge and experience will be most useful.

Behind the change of name to the more internationally viable Ecogain, there is a long process involving the company's board, and a thorough review of the brand.

We make no secret of the fact that we aim to establish ourselves in Europe, where we already have a broad network. We are also looking at opportunities for clearer legislation, both in Sweden and in Brussels, so that companies can do two things at once: build good businesses and reinvest in natural capital. The name Ecogain describes what it's all about: ecological gains, building positive value for the planet - benefiting the brands and businesses of the companies that go first," concludes Anders Enetjärn.
